HUD Repositioning Consultant

The Olathe Housing Authority (OHA) is seeking a qualified HUD Repositioning Consultant to partner on the repositioning of its federal public housing portfolio using HUD repositioning strategies. The contract was awarded to two vendors: Housing Solutions Alliance and Dominion Due Diligence Group. The proposal composite score sheet shows the scores for each vendor.
