This IDIQ contract task order covers the renovation of staff and student restroom facilities at Francis Scott Key Elementary School in Philadelphia, PA. The scope includes demolition, floor preparation, trenching, installation of new floor drains, sanitary and vent piping, water closets, lavatories, sinks, and associated low‑voltage wiring. Lead‑based paint stabilization and asbestos abatement are required where hazardous materials are present, and all work during the school year must be performed during off‑hours; faculty restroom work is limited to the Summer 2024 school recess. The General Contractor handles demolition and floor work, while the Plumbing Contractor installs the plumbing fixtures and floor drains. No fire‑protection work is included.
