Description
The Ocean County Board of Commissioners has awarded a contract for General Appraisal Services to three vendors: Taurus Allied Partners, Inc. dba Integra Realty Resources Coastal NJ, Henry J. Mancini & Associates, and New Jersey Realty Advisory Group, LLC. The contract is for a period of one year, from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025, and the total cost of the contract is not to exceed $950,000. The services to be provided include professional appraisal services, including testifying as expert witnesses in County condemnation matters and performing all other County appraisal work as needed.
