Beverage Vending Machine Services

This contract provides for the placement, stocking, maintenance, and revenue‑sharing of beverage vending machines at Fauquier County Parks & Recreation sites and county‑run public schools. Pepsi‑Cola supplies the equipment (machines and coolers), restocks them weekly, collects cash, and remits a percentage of gross sales to the County while also delivering “product‑only” beverage orders on a net‑45 basis. The agreement includes an annual charitable donation of at least $1,000 and allows the County to add or delete locations during the term. Key points include: • Up to five one‑year renewal options; currently in the fourth renewal (2026‑2027). • Vendor must provide new‑style, UL‑approved machines, respond to service calls within 24 hrs, and reset prices within 24 hrs of notification. • Monthly sales‑percentage remittance to the County and net‑45 invoicing for non‑machine product deliveries. • Mandatory insurance coverage with County listed as additional insured; COI required within five business days of award.
