Landscape Maintenance

The Town of Vienna is seeking a contractor to provide landscape maintenance services for various locations within the town. The contract includes tasks such as daily communication and advance notice of work site schedules, removal of weeds and debris, and maintenance of landscape beds and hardscapes. The contractor will be required to provide all materials, labor, supervision, and equipment necessary to complete the work. The contract has an initial term of one year, with the option to renew for an additional four years.
