Description
The County of Hawaii was seeking proposals from qualified non-profit agencies to sustain or enhance existing services to families of victims of homicide and negligent homicide in Hawaii County. The contract was cancelled due to the prices submitted exceeding available funds. The County does not intend to re-solicit proposals for these services at this time.
