Description
This master contract establishes a five‑year (with up to three two‑year extensions) framework for the City of Kansas City, Missouri to procure electrical, lighting, data‑communication and security products, as well as related installation, repair, and maintenance services, from Graybar Electric Company, Inc. The agreement sets pricing, delivery (FOB Destination), warranty, prevailing‑wage, insurance, bonding, and reporting requirements, and provides for automatic transition until a new contract is in place.
• Base term: 1 Feb 2018 – 31 Jan 2023 (5 years) with optional three 2‑year renewals.
• Scope: Wholesale supply of electrical and lighting hardware plus optional professional services; all orders issued via City purchase orders under the master pricing schedule.
• Compliance: Mandatory MBE/WBE reporting, prevailing‑wage certifications for projects > $250k, insurance minimums, and performance bonds for work > $50k.
