Temporary Emergency Labor

This contract is for temporary emergency labor services to be provided to Pinellas County. The contractor will provide temporary general or day laborers, particularly for emergency situations. The contract has a term of 4 years, with an initial term of 48 months from the date of agreement award. The contract includes provisions for insurance, workers' compensation, and commercial general liability insurance. The contractor will provide senior managers' names, job titles, and contact details, who will be accessible 24/7 to coordinate with the County during contract activation.
