Term Agreement Auditing and Accounting Services for AIDEA

This contract establishes a two‑year term agreement for comprehensive auditing and accounting services for the Alaska Industrial Development and Export Authority. AIDEA will receive annual audits of its separate financial statements, the required Federal Single Audit for federally‑funded programs, bond compliance reporting, and a suite of ad‑hoc accounting services (e.g., internal control reviews, system enhancements, GASB guidance).
