Disaster Management Services

The City of Port Arthur has awarded a contract to DRC Emergency Services, LLC for disaster management services. The contract is for a one-year term with the option to renew for two additional one-year periods. The contractor will provide emergency and disaster support and management services, including logistical and environmental services.
