Tennis Court Overlay and Resurface

The City of Boise is seeking bids for the overlay and resurfacing of three tennis courts. The scope of work includes mobilization, demolition, installation of overlay and resurfacing, landscaping and irrigation, and chain link fence removal and re-installation. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The city reserves the right to reject any and all bids. • The contract is for the construction and renovation of park areas, athletic facilities, and tennis courts. • The city is seeking a contractor that can perform the work in a timely and professional manner. • The contract includes a bid security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, cashier’s check, or cash in the amount of 5% of the bid amount. • The city is an equal opportunity employer and encourages minority and women-owned businesses to participate. • The contract is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the solicitation document.
