Description
This contract calls for the wet‑method demolition of all structures at 1120 Partridge Street, Mobile, AL, including removal of foundations, utilities capping, debris clearance, and site stabilization. The contractor must also provide erosion and sediment control BMPs, handle hazardous materials (lead‑based paint, asbestos), and complete extensive documentation and close‑out requirements such as photos, waste shipment records, and a public Notice of Final Completion. The work must be started within three business days after receipt of a Notice to Proceed and finished within 30 calendar days, with liquidated damages of $250 per day for delays beyond the stipulated schedule.
