This contract establishes a one‑year municipal‑advisor and continuing‑disclosure services relationship between Barnegat Township (NJ) and Phoenix Advisors. The vendor will monitor SEC Rule 15c2‑12 filing obligations for any municipal debt, lease, or loan the township holds, prepare and submit required filings on EMMA, and provide an annual summary report. The agreement is fixed‑price for a base fee of $1,600 and includes per‑issue and per‑event fees, with quarterly invoicing for hourly work if authorized.
