Term Contract for the Purchase and Delivery of Calcium Chloride

The City and Borough of Juneau is seeking a term contract for the purchase and delivery of Calcium Chloride. The contract will be in effect from the date of award through June 30, 2028, with an automatic annual renewal period for three additional years. The successful bidder will be required to provide Calcium Chloride that meets or exceeds the specifications outlined in the contract document. The City and Borough of Juneau reserves the right to determine the suitability of the items offered and to reject any items that do not meet the requirements of the contract. • The contract is for the purchase and delivery of Calcium Chloride for use by the City and Borough of Juneau's Public Works Streets & Fleet division. • The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder meeting all requirements. • The successful bidder will be required to provide a price that includes all related costs, including shipping and delivery to the final destination. • The City and Borough of Juneau reserves the right to determine the suitability of the items offered and to reject any items that do not meet the requirements of the contract.
