Description
The City and County of Denver’s Department of Transportation and Infrastructure (DOTI) issued an RFQ (Contract 202579252) to create a 14‑category on‑call professional‑services IDIQ for FY 2026 and beyond. After a competitive qualification process, multiple firms were awarded contracts across the various categories, covering civil/roadway design, bridge design and inspection, multimodal planning, traffic engineering, data collection, utility engineering, green infrastructure, public engagement, sanitary design, program management, and storm‑water design. The contracts have a base term of three years with the possibility of two one‑year extensions, and firms are required to submit detailed rate‑sheet templates, MWBE participation plans, and meet strict insurance and indemnity requirements. The award was announced on August 14 2025, and work is slated to begin in January 2026.
• 14 distinct professional‑service categories with separate MWBE participation goals.
• Base contract term of three years; optional extensions to five years total.
• Over 45 firms received awards, each submitting category‑specific rate sheets and technical proposals via BidNet.
• Mandatory compliance with Denver’s MWBE (DSBO) program, detailed rate‑sheet templates, and non‑negotiable insurance clauses.
