Landscape Chemicals

The City of Boise is seeking to procure turf and tree care chemicals for use on park properties. The contract is expected to be in effect through December 31st, 2023. The city estimates that it will purchase the items listed in the bid schedule in the quantities shown, but actual purchase quantities may vary. The award will be based on the lowest cost to the city. The contract requires the vendor to provide all labels, application rates, and instructions for the proposed products, as well as SDS sheets upon product delivery. • The city is exempt from federal and state taxes and will execute the required exemption certificates. • The contract will be awarded to one or multiple suppliers based on the lowest bid per line item. • The city reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities in the bids received. • The contract is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the solicitation document. • The city is an equal opportunity employer and encourages minority and women-owned businesses to participate in the bidding process.
