6 - COBRA HD DEGREASER AND ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT

This contract is for the provision of Cobra H.D. Degreaser and Associated Equipment to the County of Orange. The contract is a firm-fixed price contract, with a total contract amount not to exceed $10,000.00. The contractor, 6C Technologies Corporation, dba Enviroform Industries, will provide the equipment and services on an as-needed basis. The contract includes provisions for payment, invoicing, and termination. The key aspects of this contract include: • The contractor will provide Cobra H.D. Degreaser and Associated Equipment on an as-needed basis. • The contract is a firm-fixed price contract, with a total contract amount not to exceed $10,000.00. • The contractor will provide free installation with a 14-day trial period and option to purchase equipment. • The contractor will service and maintain dispensing equipment with continuing purchase of minimum 1x55 gallon drum of Cobra HD Degreaser per order. • The contractor will work with the OC Fleet Services facility manager or supervisor(s) to determine the facility needs. • The contractor will deliver listed items to the specified OC Fleet Service locations.
