Veterinary Pharmaceuticals and Supplies

This solicitation (RFP #26‑21) seeks a vendor or vendors to provide a comprehensive suite of veterinary pharmaceuticals, medical‑grade consumables, equipment, and animal‑care supplies for a start‑up ambulatory veterinary practice at Arkansas State University. The contract will be a fixed‑price, firm‑price agreement with a base term of five years and up to two optional one‑year renewals. Evaluation will consider understanding of requirements, vendor experience, past performance, cost (30 % weighting), and other criteria. The university requires full federal and state licensing, insurance, cold‑chain handling, rapid (1‑3 day) delivery, and extensive documentation of product condition.
