The City of Kenai is seeking a qualified vendor to supply, deliver, and commission a new wheeled loader (minimum 145 hp, ≥ 28,000 lb operating weight) and required attachments for airport snow‑and‑ice operations. The contract includes a 12‑month warranty, on‑site service within 24 hours, operator and mechanic training (minimum 4 hrs and 8 hrs respectively), and delivery of full documentation (hard copy and electronic). Optional attachments (snow bucket, dozer blade, plow, forklift forks, diagnostic software, telematics, etc.) must be priced separately. Bids are due June 10 2020 at noon, with a six‑month delivery window after award; liquidated damages of $300 per day apply for late delivery.
