The Greater Orlando Aviation Authority (GOAA) is seeking a nationally‑experienced Construction Manager‑at‑Risk (CMAR) to lead design‑assist, pre‑construction, and construction of the Airside 2 Wing 8 expansion at Orlando International Airport (MCO). The scope includes adding up to nine new narrow‑body equivalent gates, extensive apron and airfield upgrades, new passenger boarding and holdroom facilities, concessions, airline support spaces, and full integration of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and IT/low‑voltage systems.
