Description
This contract is between Sourcewell and National Auto Fleet Group for the provision of automobiles, SUVs, vans, and light trucks with related equipment and accessories. The contract is for an indefinite quantity of sales, and while substantial volume is anticipated, sales and sales volume are not guaranteed. The contract has a term of 3 years, with the option to renew for an additional year. The contract includes provisions for pricing, payment terms, and warranty. National Auto Fleet Group will provide equipment, products, or services to Sourcewell and its participating entities.
