Description
This contract establishes a five‑year waste‑disposal agreement for Benton County’s Special Waste Drop‑Off Program, covering two primary locations (Bentonville main facility and Rogers satellite). The incumbent must supply 40‑cubic‑yard roll‑off containers (or a comparable compactor option), perform on‑call “switch‑out” services, transport Class IV household waste to a licensed Subtitle D landfill, and maintain detailed manifests and weight tickets for each pull. Payment will be based on a rate schedule submitted by the vendor, either per pull or per ton, with no minimum volume guaranteed. The contractor must meet strict performance standards, including making up missed services by 8 AM the following day and adhering to environmental, safety, and insurance requirements.
