This contract establishes an on‑call press‑printing services pool for all Sedgwick County departments. The awarded vendors will supply letterhead, envelopes, booklet envelopes, invitation envelopes, carbonless forms, and related specialty printing, providing all required paper, inks, and materials unless the county supplies them. Pricing is submitted per 1,000 units with firm‑fixed rates for the first six months and a mechanism for price adjustments thereafter.
