RFP 2018-06 - Real Estate & Construction Project Management Advisory Services

This contract awards CBRE, Inc. the role of on‑call advisor to provide comprehensive real‑estate and construction‑project‑management services for Covered California. The contractor will assist with strategic planning, site selection, economic‑incentive analysis, tenant‑representation, construction‑management of tenant improvements and capital‑improvement projects, and the creation of an internal real‑estate management unit.
