Term Contract for INFOR Professional Tech Support Services for the City & Borough of Juneau (CBJ)

The City and Borough of Juneau (CBJ) is seeking a term contract for INFOR professional technical support services. The contract will provide support for the City's INFOR (Lawson) multi-application system, including financial, procurement, and human capital management applications. The contractor will be required to have significant experience with mid-to-large organizations providing INFOR/Lawson support services and be licensed by Infor (Lawson) as a third-party contractor. The contract term will be from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026, with the option for up to four additional annual renewals. The contractor will be expected to provide remote support, with occasional on-site work possible. The City has a support contract with INFOR/Lawson, and the contractor will be required to work closely with the City's IT department. • The contract includes a scope of work that covers support for INFOR (Lawson) version 10.1.0.00 or newer, financial, procurement, and human capital management applications. • The contractor will be required to provide consulting and knowledge transfer services to the City. • The contractor will be expected to work closely with the City's IT department to schedule system outages, restarts, or perform required system or program updates. • The City has a total annual budgeted expenditure for this contract of $50,000.
