Description
This RFQ seeks qualified providers to deliver comprehensive, data‑driven professional‑development (PD) for school‑based and district‑level leaders in the Metropolitan Nashville Public Schools system. The work includes in‑person workshops, optional virtual coaching, and post‑training support aligned to five core leadership competencies, with performance metrics tied to student‑outcome improvements. Services will be ordered on an as‑needed basis under an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, up to a five‑year term, with no guaranteed minimum volume. Vendors must demonstrate experience with large K‑12 districts, provide detailed curricula, and comply with MNPS insurance, background‑check, and accessibility requirements.

• Delivery: primarily in‑person workshops; virtual follow‑up optional; customizable to each school’s Theory of Action.
