OMSE - Audacy Operations - 2021 Agreement- 262408

The County of Allegheny has entered into a contract with Audacy Operations, Inc. to provide advertising services, including broadcasting of television advertisements and digital advertisements, as well as promotional events and activities. The contract is for a period of 12 months, beginning on January 1, 2021, and ending on December 31, 2021. The total amount of the contract is not to exceed $100,000.00. Key aspects of the contract include: • The County has the right to terminate the contract upon 30 days' written notice to the Contractor. • The Contractor is required to provide advertising services as directed by the County's Chief Marketing Officer. • The Contractor is not allowed to assign or delegate any rights or duties under the contract without the prior written permission of the County Manager. • The contract is subject to the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and any disputes arising under the contract shall be resolved through the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
