North Zone Aspen Restoration- Phase 1

The contract is for the North Zone Aspen Restoration- Phase 1 project, which involves lop and scatter services according to the Attachment B Scope of Work. The solicitation is open to prequalified contractors only, and the contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The project requires the contractor to meet the mandatory minimum requirements and general requirements listed in the prerequisites section. The contractor must also accept the Standard Terms and Conditions attached to the IFB. • The project involves lop and scatter services on 603 acres of land. • The contractor must be on the current State of Utah Rangeland Prequalification List for the treatment and acreage described in Attachment B Scope of Work. • The contractor must be willing and able to meet and perform all the requirements within Attachment B Scope of Work, including the project timeframe. • The contract will be evaluated based on the objective criteria described in the IFB. • The contractor must submit a bid that includes all the required documents and information. • The contractor must guarantee its pricing for the period described in the IFB.
