BUILDER Facility Assessment

The State of Montana, State Procurement Services Division (SPSD), on behalf of the Department of Military Affairs - Facility Maintenance, is seeking a vendor to provide Building Inspection Services. The selected vendor will be responsible for conducting facility assessments and providing reports on the condition of the facilities. The contract has a duration of 5 years and the total points available for the cost proposal is 300. The lowest overall cost receives the maximum allotted points.
