The County is seeking a qualified general contractor to demolish the existing Juvenile Residential Facility and construct a new approximately 47,197‑sq‑ft, two‑story Juvenile Services Building that will house correctional‑facility functions and county offices. The scope includes complete site work, demolition, structural steel, pre‑engineered metal building systems, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire‑suppression, interior finishes, elevator installation, and all associated permits and warranties.
