Employee Medical Clearance and Respirator Fit Testing Services

This contract provides employee medical clearance and respirator fit testing services for the Metropolitan District’s workforce. Approximately 130 employees who use a variety of respirators (full‑face, half‑face, and N95) will be medically evaluated and fit‑tested. The scope includes physical examinations, review of medical history, pulmonary function testing, blood pressure checks, and documentation of results. The work is performed by a qualified occupational medical service provider under a lump‑sum award. • Medical examinations cover comprehensive health checks (height, weight, ENT, cardiovascular, pulmonary, etc.). • Fit‑testing of multiple respirator types ensures compliance with the District’s respiratory protection program. • The contractor will receive a list of employee names and required respirator types and must maintain accurate records of medical clearances and fit‑test outcomes.
