Description
This solicitation seeks a comprehensive replacement of the existing digital radiographic system at Austin Community College’s Round Rock Campus. The awardee will supply up to three new digital radiographic equipment systems, handle decertification and removal of the current unit, provide full delivery, installation, on‑site training, and a minimum three‑year warranty with options for extended service. The work is performed on‑site at the DMI Radiology Department (Building 3000, Room 3122.03) and requires coordination with ACC’s facilities for loading and installation. Evaluation will consider cost, past performance, technical compliance, and overall proposal quality, with a small‑business participation goal of at least 30 % SLBE involvement.
• Supply and install up to three full digital radiographic systems (hardware, software, detectors, generators, consoles, tables, stands, collimators, etc.).
• Decertify and remove the existing system prior to installation.
• Provide all shipping (FOB ACC RRC), installation, on‑site training (minimum three days), and a minimum three‑year manufacturer’s warranty plus optional extended maintenance.
• Meet detailed technical specifications such as DICOM 3.0, 80 kW high‑frequency generator, 14×17 in. flat‑panel detector, and full integration with RIS‑PACS.
