Description
The City of Salt Lake is soliciting competitive sealed proposals for a Biosolids Land Application Operator to take biosolids from the Water Reclamation Facility for agricultural and/or soil reclamation use. The contract involves the evaluation and selection of a proposal, with the top-ranked offeror being contacted for negotiations. The City reserves the right to open negotiations with the second, third, and fourth ranked offerors if necessary.

• The City will award the contract to the selected offeror after completing negotiations.
• The contract will be listed on the U3P website under the Solicitation Number indicated on the notice.
