The Jacksonville Port Authority (JAXPORT) is seeking a professional engineering consulting firm to provide full design services for a new roll‑on/roll‑off (RO/RO) entrance at Blount Island Boulevard, connecting Dave Rawls Blvd to the terminal. The scope includes site surveys, geotechnical investigations, road and gate design, utility and drainage design, permitting, and preparation of complete construction‑document packages within a 12‑month schedule.
