Description
The Caddo Parish School Board is issuing an open Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to identify architect and engineer firms capable of delivering professional design services for a variety of capital‑construction projects slated for the 2028 fiscal year. Firms will be evaluated on school‑design experience, prior work with the Board, staff expertise, workload, creative ability, and willingness to collaborate on educational program specifications. The Board prefers firms with principal offices in Caddo Parish, but any qualified firm may submit a qualification statement using the AIA B305 form (2021 edition). Submissions are due by August 7 2026, and the Board will award contracts on a case‑by‑case basis as individual project needs arise.
