A/E Services for HVAC, Electrical and Energy Upgrades

The Colorado Department of Education is seeking Architect/Engineer services for HVAC, Electrical, and Energy Upgrades at the Colorado Talking Book Library. The project involves replacing aging HVAC systems, improving indoor air quality, and reducing energy consumption. The selected A/E will provide design documents, conduct a post-construction verification process, and support an ASHRAE Level II Energy Audit.
