Human Resources Strategic Planning and Research Analysis Consulting Services, On-Call

The City of Newport News is issuing an RFP to establish one or more on‑call contracts for a broad suite of human‑resources consulting services. Offerors may submit for any single category or multiple categories, ranging from recruitment and executive search to HR strategy, training, mediation, organizational development, survey design, and employee financial/benefit education.
