CITYWIDE CONSULTANT ROSTER: Human Resources and Workplace Management Consulting

The City of Seattle is seeking qualified consultants to provide human resources and workplace management consulting services. The selected consultants will be added to the City's consultant roster, which will be used by City departments to select consultants for specific projects. The roster will be reset every 5 years, and consultants can apply to be added to the roster at any time during the cycle. The City is looking for consultants with experience in areas such as education planning and management, human resources, management services, occupational safety and health, and training and counseling services. • Education - Planning & Management: policy/curriculum/program development, implementation, training, assessment design, management, administration, evaluation, teaching, professional development • Human Resources: human services, personnel services, studies, analysis, evaluation, monitoring, recommendations, review, recruitment, advertising development, selection, retention, training, counseling, dispute resolution • Management Services: management, organizational studies, strategic business planning, process redesign, analysis, evaluation, monitoring, assessments, recommendations, development, planning, review, facilitation • Occupational Safety or Health / Workplace Environment: occupational safety, health, workplace environment, studies, analysis, assessments, surveys, evaluation, monitoring, recommendations, review, outreach, research, training • Race or Social Justice Consultants or Practitioners: consulting on multiculturalism, racial inclusion, equity, anti-racism, multicultural organizational development, democracy building, racial healing, reconciliation • Training or Counseling Services: employee training, education, counseling
