Facilities On-Call Professional Services

Beaufort County seeks up to ten qualified consulting firms to provide on‑call architectural, engineering, planning, design, and related professional services for a variety of capital improvement projects. The contract is initially one year, renewable up to three years, with a maximum annual compensation of $200,000 per firm. Services are task‑order based and may include feasibility studies, design, permitting, construction administration, and specialized consulting across facilities such as parks, public safety buildings, infrastructure, and energy‑efficiency upgrades.
