INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE CELLULAR SERVICES

The National Guard Bureau intends to award a sole source firm fixed priced contract to AT&T Mobility LLC for commercial wireless mobility and cellular telecommunications services, including FirstNet capability. The contract will support authorized federal personnel operating across all 50 states, U.S. territories, and during international travel. The services required are unique and highly specialized, and only AT&T is capable of providing them at the necessary level of quality. • The contract will provide secure, resilient, and mission-ready communications solutions. • The solution must support mobile data connectivity with priority access, preemption capabilities, and end-to-end encryption. • The contract will be for a firm fixed price, and the fund type will be O&M, Air. • The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice, and no reimbursement for any cost connected with providing capability information will be provided.
