MEAD VALLEY WELLNESS VILLAGE INTERIM HOUSING PROGRAM WITH RECUPERATIVE CARE SERVICES

The County of Riverside, on behalf of Riverside University Health System Behavioral Health, is seeking a qualified contractor to operate an interim housing facility at the Mead Valley Wellness Village in Perris, CA. The contractor will provide “room and board” and “care and supervision” services in compliance with California regulations, and, budget permitting, additional recuperative care services. The facility must be operational by January 1, 2027. The contract period is up to nine (9) years, renewable annually, and the award will be based on a combination of cost, technical capability, and experience.
