THE PLACE (HULEN) INTERIM HOUSING PROGRAM

The County of Riverside, on behalf of Riverside University Health System – Behavioral Health, seeks a qualified contractor to operate “The Place (Hulen)” Interim Housing program at 2800 Hulen Place, Riverside, CA. The contractor will provide safe, alcohol‑ and drug‑free transitional housing, “room and board,” and comprehensive care and supervision for up to 31 adults with severe behavioral health conditions who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. The program includes a 90‑day residential stay (extensions possible) and a daytime drop‑in center offering meals, hygiene facilities, and social services.
