The Department of Veterans Affairs San Diego Healthcare System is seeking to purchase patient transport chairs and their accessories. The contractor must provide all supplies to the VA San Diego Healthcare System, including shipping costs. The solicitation requires the contractor to be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), authorized dealer, authorized distributor, or authorized reseller, verified by an authorization letter or other documents from the OEM. The contractor must also provide a complete quote with estimated lead time, brand name, and model number of the offering, as well as documentation proving that their offer meets or exceeds all salient characteristics. • The contractor must furnish 72 patient transport chairs, model Staxi Ranger Chair or equal. • The contractor must provide all necessary accessories. • The contractor must include shipping costs in the total cost. • The contractor must be an OEM, authorized dealer, authorized distributor, or authorized reseller. • The contractor must provide documentation verifying their authorized status.
