Notice of Intent to Sole Source - Wearable Gunshot Sound Simulation Training System

The 341st Contracting Squadron (CONS) - Malmstrom Air Force Base intends to award a sole-source contract to SCENARIO TRAINER INC. to provide training equipment to simulate the auditory stimulus of gunshots coordinated with input from remotes or training weapons for use in active shooter response training at Malmstrom, AFB. The gunSHOT Box and RAS-Pack meet the specified salient characteristics and are exclusively manufactured and supplied by SCENARIO TRAINER INC. • The contract is for a wearable gunshot sound simulation training system. • The system must meet specific salient characteristics. • The contract will be awarded without competitive offers, but responsible sources can submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation. • Responses are due by 21 August 2025 by 2:00 PM MDT. • The contract is for use in active shooter response training at Malmstrom, AFB.
