Telecommunicator Simulation Platform, Items, and Related Services

The Houston Independent School District (HISD) is seeking proposals for a Telecommunicator Simulation Platform, associated hardware items, and related services to support training and operational readiness across its schools. The contract term is initially one year (December 11 2026 – December 10 2027) with two optional one‑year renewals, not extending beyond December 10 2029. Vendors must be approved through HISD’s procurement process, comply with liability insurance requirements, and meet MWBE participation goals. A virtual pre‑proposal conference will be held on September 23 2026; questions must be submitted by September 30 2026, and proposals are due by October 14 2026. • Deliver a fully functional telecommunicator simulation software platform (training scenarios, user interface, reporting). • Provide any required hardware, installation, and integration with existing HISD communications infrastructure. • Offer ongoing support, maintenance, and updates for the contract period. • Ensure compliance with HISD policies, insurance, and MWBE participation requirements. • Ability to scale the solution for multiple campuses and support virtual training sessions.
