Description
The State of Michigan is seeking qualified contractors to replace the boiler system at the Clare Welcome Center. The scope includes removal of the existing boiler, supply and installation of a new, energy‑efficient boiler unit, associated piping, controls, and testing to ensure compliance with state codes and performance standards. Bidders must be capable of handling mechanical, heating, and possibly structural work, and must comply with the Service‑Disabled Veteran‑Owned Business (SDVOB) pricing preference if applicable.
• Boiler removal and disposal of the existing unit
