Description
The U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI), Interior Business Center (IBC), Acquisition Services Directorate (AQD) is seeking appraisal services for market valuation and appraisal report for the sale/disposal of four sale parcels of vacant land in Clark County, Nevada. The requirement is for a firm-fixed-price acquisition with CBRE. The period of performance is anticipated to be 45 to 60 days.
• The appraisal services will include market valuation and appraisal report for the four sale parcels of vacant land.
• The services will be performed in Clark County, Nevada.
• The submission should not exceed five pages and should be in a Microsoft Office compatible format.
• The maximum file size of the submission should not exceed 8 MB.
• All data received in response to this Special Notice that are marked or designated as corporate or proprietary information will be fully protected from release outside the Evaluation Panel.
