The Defense Health Agency (DHA) is seeking a contractor to provide maintenance services for the Distributed Antenna System (DAS) at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio. The selected contractor will be responsible for all preventative and remedial maintenance, including providing necessary personnel and resources, as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contract has a base year and four option years, with a total duration of 66 months. The contractor will provide maintenance and support for two distinct systems operating within the facility: the Corning ONE Neutral Host Cellular DAS and the ADRF ADX Public Safety Signal Reinforcement System. Key tasks include preventative maintenance, remote diagnostics, emergency maintenance, and parts and materials replacement. The contractor will also provide unlimited telephone support and recommendations for operational improvements. Some of the key requirements for the contractor include: * Vendor shall be authorized to perform maintenance on the equipment * Staff certifications, including DAS design and commissioning certifications (Level I and Level II) for Corning One and completed DAS examination and certificate for an ADRF DAS system * BICSI RCDD certification * Manufacturer relationship / genuine parts supply * The vendor shall be an authorized Corning Wireless Integrator Network reseller and an authorized ADRF reseller
