USCG Base Kodiak Landfill Solid Waste Disposal Services

The US Coast Guard Base Kodiak is seeking a vendor to provide Landfill Solid Waste Disposal Services. The Government intends to award a sole source contract to Kodiak Island Borough, as they operate the only landfill available for solid waste disposal on Kodiak Island. The services required by the agency are available from only one responsible source, and no other type of services will satisfy agency requirements. • The vendor will be responsible for providing solid waste disposal services to the USCG Base Kodiak. • The services will be performed at the Kodiak Island Borough landfill. • The Government intends to acquire commercial items and services using the provisions, clauses, and procedures prescribed in FAR Part 12. • Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the identified point of contact.
