Clean Water Well SA-1

The United States Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide cleaning services for Well SA-1, located 5 miles south of Alamogordo, New Mexico. The well is approximately 710 feet deep with a 16-inch casing and requires acidizing, bailing, scrubbing, and full decontamination of the casing. The contractor will be responsible for restoring the functionality of the well. The scope of work includes cleaning the well and its casing, and the contractor will be required to submit a price quote for the services. • The contract will be for a firm fixed price. • The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. • The contractor will be required to provide all necessary equipment and personnel to complete the work. • The contractor will be responsible for ensuring the safety of all personnel and equipment during the performance of the contract. • The contract will be awarded to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror.
